Doggie Styles Mobile Pet Grooming was established in 2012 in Manhattan, KS. From the cage-free environment and 1-on-1 care to our emphasis on using all-natural products and providing latchkey services, our mission is to provide an exemplary experience for both the pet and pet parent!

Katie Kanapsky
Owner
From a young age, Katie knew that dogs would be a central part of her life. Growing up surrounded by many dogs, she developed a deep passion for animals, which led her to pursue a career as a professional dog groomer in 2007. Katie honed her skills while working in various salons across Michigan and Kansas, constantly growing and learning along the way. In 2012, Katie took the next step in her career by founding Doggie Styles Mobile Pet Grooming, aiming to provide a personalized, one-on-one grooming experience for the beloved pets she cared for. Over the next six years, the business flourished and became a trusted pet service in the Manhattan area.
In August 2018, after relocating to Waxhaw, North Carolina, due to a job transfer for her husband, Katie brought her expertise to South Charlotte, where she continued pampering pets and earning the loyalty of local clients. In 2024, Katie proudly achieved the designation of Certified Feline Master Groomer (CFMG), further expanding her qualifications and passion for pet grooming and in 2026 officially earned the title Nationally Certified Master Groomer (NCMG) through the National Dog Groomers Association of America (NDGAA).
